Lago d'Orta

I have the great disadvantage of being a person who is not able to organize things in advance. The bigger problem is that neither my boyfriend and friends are better than me. In fact we are still deciding where / what to do in the New Year's Eve. Someone proposed the mountains, someone hates skiing and would prefer go to the sea and someone, like me, would be happy to come back to Venice (?). Do you think that we can find a point of agreement? The departure is scheduled for the day after tomorro...
